This Slouchy Pocket Open Cardigan  and Self Tie Tulip Hem Skirt offers a lightweight jersey knit fabric that provides a soft comfortable fit.  The cardigan has front pockets and is a slouchy fit open front fit and the skirt has pockets, a tulip hemline  with an elastic waist band and function string tie.
